An Odium that resulted in non-existence of Tamil Mani

An Odium that resulted in non-existence of Tamil Mani

Confined spaces always created horror in thou.
How would have felt when you were there all alone?
Mother of thy loved you as iris of her eyes
Cruelty of homo sapiens slaughtered you in a bore well.

Whilst you were there, did you hear tremors
I know, you like playing with your friends
Did you see an earth worm black in color there?
How parlous it was when you were all alone?

Tamil Mani, I don’t ‘ve tears in my eyes
‘Cause, already dried due to the melancholy of throng
Your immolation will never go out of my thoughts
Thou shall be given world’s biggest bravery award.

I don’t get words to depict your agony,
Your gasping, waiting for help and suffocation
Did you think about the outcome at last.
Why God wanna you back to him?

I can hear your gasping all the way here
But I can’t reach you there since I am a helpless beast
When you breathed for the last time
Did you think about your mother who was weeping out there.

You are not there to tell me whether
I’m confabulating your experiences
Your debacle will never go from your momma
‘Cause you were beloved to her

(*) Tamil Mani is 6 years old boy who died when he fallen into a bore well after 5 hours.

Where are we moving?

Where are we moving?

Preface:

Heart patient dies after falling off stretcher

Press Trust Of India

Alappuzha, February 02, 2009

A middle-aged man under treatment for heart problem died by falling from the stretcher while he was being moved to Intensive Care Unit from the ward at the Government Medical Collge Hospital at Vandanam near Alappuzha on Sunday.

The incident sparked immediate protests from the local people, who were pacified by the district Collector by assuring that an inquiry would be held into the incident to find out if there was any lapse on the part of the hospital staff, police sources said.

Abdul Khadar (49), was admitted to the hospital two days back after he suffered a heart attack. This morning he complained of severe chest pain and was taken in a stretcher to the ICU in another block in the hospital complex. He fell off the stretcher while on the way to the ICU, sources said.

Local people said there had been complaints about the plan of the hospital complex as the ward for the patients and ICU were located in separate blocks.

When asked about the incident, the hospital authorities, declined to make any comment.

Where are we moving?

Are we going to pristine condition?

I don't know really.

Politicos are interested in making money

For themselves or to their parties

Conducting State Rallies

In view of Elections

Forgetting poor partisans

Who give their lives like above.

Now blaming game will start

Nobody will be punished

Safety of Stretcher is responsibility

Of authorities who are using them

If you suspend a doctor

Doctors will go for strike

If you suspend an attendant

Attendants will go for strike

Nobody has will power

Nor commitment to do something

Poor guys will die again

Either by mistake of cruel authorities

Parties are having huge wealth

They build amusement parks

They build five star hotels

They can't donate even a stretcher

If Government starts renovating

Hospital as a whole

Purchasing committee will start making

Money on each deals they deal.

Where are we moving?

Do you really feel Homesick?

January 27, 2009 By: Krishna Prasad Category: Poems

Old Post - VII

Do you really feel Homesick?

Whilst looking back, I miss so much
that can’t be expressed in words.
All these thoughts made me wastrel
and can not think anymore.

Sometimes I think am I doing right?
Is it venial sin or not?
Am I a trencherman or a nincompoop?
I feel homesick thinking all these

Where should I go for pilgrimage?
Why should I think about future?
I missed beautiful streams
I missed hillside beside my house

River became canal
Sand is no more seen
Rocks are very hot and laughing at me
Seldom I see water

Usher/Usherette

January 20, 2009 By: Krishna Prasad Category: Poems

Old Post - VI

Usher/Usherette

Who is the usher to this world?
I don’t know how to express my gratitude,
if an usher still exists.
An usher required to avert wars.

He who provides light in the dark.
He who guides us to safe place .
He who knows where we stand.
He who keeps us out of danger.

I can be an usher but you’ll not accept.
You can be an usher, but I’ll not accept.
A lot of ushers we see in life,
none take you to the right place.

I don’t have tears left
My sorrows consumed all.
I have only hatred against
Homo sapiens since they never improved.

Who’s gonna be haulier at this time
when war is ahead yet to start.
Who gonna be a real hedonist.
since we need an Usher to guide us to peace.

LOKOSAMASTHA SUKHINO BHAVANTHU

BYGONE DAYS & MEMORIES

Again last day of year is coming

Hopes are flowering in my mind for next year

I’m sure God is there for me

To clear all obstacles waiting for me in 2009

Achievements of India made me proud

Terrorist attacks on India made me to cry

New born babies made me to smile

Departed souls made me to think that

One day is there for me too.

Bygone year will never come back again

But to wait for the new one for sure

Months and Years are passing

I don’t wanna accept that I am getting old

New Year targets are flashing already

New Year smiling at me attractively

New Year carries a bundle of hopes

New Year may not let me down

Bygone year is crying

Departing with melancholy

But nobody knows that in history

One more page is added, that is 2008

PROSPEROUS & HAPPY NEW YEAR TO EVERYBODY

Thinking of you……………….

December 23, 2008 By: Krishna Prasad Category: Poems

Thinking of you……………….

Dazzling memories of you really made me to think globally.
Excrescence of thoughts are making my indiscernible soul elated.
I don’t wanna be a scotoma at your vicinity.
I wish I have a telekinesis to move things at your place.

Trenchant knowledge makes me insane at times.
Stratigraphy of mythologies are enlightening my vision.
Oh! God, why you are giving me prevision of events?
I can not stop even one event.

Sometimes, I talk in prating manner.
I wanna scale out my integument.
Love is generated for thou inly in heart.
As God sending herald time to time.

Singing saga of you never ends
Writing your praise never tires me
Preaching about you never stops me
Doing in the name of you have satisfaction in me.

Death an unfolded mystery

December 21, 2008 By: Krishna Prasad Category: Poems

OLD POST-4

Death an unfolded mystery

Death never come all of a sudden to anybody.
It is already fixed for everybody by the almighty.
Nature of demise makes it different to people.
And so reluctant to know more on death.

How to be a fauve on depicting the death.
None could come back and tell you with probity.
How to find kinaesthesia before one dies
Queries always haunt me in mind and thoughts

How to solve my pandemonium on death?
How to succumb to death for good people in this world?
Any speleological findings gives the answer
This dilemma always prevails when I talk on death.

Can we analyze the cause before rigor mortis?
This will reveal all mysteries of human beings.
An animal which has thumb and ability to think.
Death is always with us like a shadow.

Outcry of a dying mother in my perspective

December 16, 2008 By: Krishna Prasad Category: Poems

OLD POST-3

Outcry of a dying mother in my perspective

Preface:One day when I was coming to work, I listened to BBC News. At that time, one interview was going on and it was with an unknown lady (she does not wanna expose her identity) from South Africa. She was telling that she delivered a baby boy one week before and both of them (mother and child) are affected with HIV virus (AIDS). I dedicate this poem to the unknown lady & her son.

I don’t know you at all
I don’t know your son as well
I know you are a symbol of courage
I know thy son will survive

I am not a pointillist to make your picture
I became myope to know thy problems
Giants are sending space ships to Mars to find aliens.
Think about AIDS victims waiting for death instead.

Is AIDS is a Dajjal(1)?
Is AIDS is a Kalki(2)?
When is the final day is coming?
Who is the Savior (3) for us?

Hey, Lady, don’t be renunciant person
Hey, Boy, you are the future of this world
Don’t make hutch for them
God wanna see you happy.

This poor mother is haunting my dreams
Oh God, don’t chastise this poor boy
Why should he needs to suffer for somebody’s mistake
Oh God, encompass this mother and child from AIDS.

(1) Dajjal: As per Muslim mythology one eyed Dajjal will be coming to the world and destroy everything and world will end.

(2) Kalki: As per Hindu mythology, Kalki is the 10th Reincarnation of God and when it appears, world will see unusual things and world will be destroyed.

(3) Savior, As per Christian & Muslim mythologies, Noah helped well wishing people in the world to survive from devastating floods. Noah & his companions escaped from this flood using a ship (Noah’s Ark) as per instructions from GOD.

GRATITUDE

December 14, 2008 By: Krishna Prasad Category: Poems

Old Post - 2

GRATITUDE !

To whom should I thank in my life?
Whether to the womb fed all the days when I was there
Or to the world which taught me how to cry for the first time
Or to my friend who taught me how to appreciate others.

Towhom should I thank in this world
Whetherto the God gave me an opportunity to live in this world.
Or to my father gave me bread to live on.
Or to the mother loved me always.

To whom should I thank in this world.
Whether to the cruelty of the society
which made melancholy in my thoughts.

Or omnipresence of God to see everything in the world
Or to the inner soul which always advises me.

To whom should I thank in this world

Whether to Dostovsky who made me idiot *
Or to John Marques who wrote 100 years of Solitude
Or to D.H.Lawrence who wrote Lover of Lady Countess Chatterly

* Idiot is the novel by Dostovsky which made me to think about life when I was young.
