Change is the basic thing that happens.
We dont accept change easily………………

Well when change occurs in a planned manner , u can atleast take some time or no time to influence the change, But when it occurs in a very slow manner.. Its difficult.
you end up behind everyone. Its better to act as and when change is happening.
