I Ordered NEW 256MB MP3 PLAYER+USB PEN DRIVE+VOICE RECORDER (Order No4359248) & Blackberry 7100V for 4990/-on 29 Jan 2008. I received the parcel by TNT only on 08 Feb 2008 the MP# player stopped working in Four days. My calls to Customer Care drew a Blank. Then I was replied by one Veemish Jani that we entertain complaints only in seven days and that they are not responsible .I was asked to contact the vendor whose phone does not exist or no one replies .The Black berry mobile has not yet been received by me. Now I have filed a criminal complaint against the company directors for cheating, Criminal Misappropriation, and committing Fraud and criminal conspiracy, under 420 IPC this is in addition to addressing the consumer forum for damages against company. Those of you who are cheated similarly please contact me for joint action against this unbridled Cheating on Net.
