Importance of Anchor text
In the Web pages sometimes we see a Word, if we click on that we will go to some other pages. That word is Anchor Text.
So Anchor text is a clickable hyperlink to take one page to another. Let s have an e.g. for Anchor Text:
This is a URL Copywriting
Here Copywriting is the anchor text because it’s having hyperlink. This makes it easy to read and understand. Otherwise we have to see or write full URL Now we will just see Copywriting only.
Anchor text are also used by the search engines to get the keyword for that page therefore we have to be very careful while giving the Anchor Text, it should not be junk. It should describe your webpage content to make your optimized.
If a Website is linked to a page of your site with the anchor text of impact-webdesign, then search will take that as a part of www.impact-webdesign.net. Therefore Anchor text could be very
important to promote your website.
Therefore always include the Anchor text in all the pages of your website to make it more optimized and to attract the search engine also.
