Once Guru Nanakdev were moving with their followers nearby a village.it was about to evening time.they decided to have night hold in that village.villagers requested for PRAVACHAN(Religious,motivating talks).Nanakdev explained them all good things and they assured to adopt the same in their lives.all the members of Nanakdev were treated well in the night by villagers as their worthy valued Guests.In the morning when they were leaving the village,some villagers asked Nanakdev for aashirwad and few words of blessings.Nanakdev said……you all UJAD JAO( Dis appear)and they started for next village.after reaching in next village in the evening only few villagers requested for Pravachan and bhajans.the team of Nanakdev was ill treated and no one respected the holly pravachan or good words spoken by Nanakdev.in the morning when they were leaving the village,few persons asked for Aashirwad…Nanakdev said…AABAD RAHO and left the village for next journey.when they were resting at afternoon under the shadow of a tree,one of the follower asked Nanakdev..when the GOOD PEOPLE of first village sought your blessings..you said ujad jao and BAD PEOPLE of second village sought blessings you said aabad raho…why this? i am unable to understand.Nanakdev replied….meaning of my blessing words Ujad jao for first village was…you all good people go to different directions,villages and establish new villages and spread the message of Goodness,brotherlyhood,religion,servie to mankind and happiness to other people where as meaning of Aabad raho means…all the bad people should remain united here only so that Badness,wrong habbits and fellings of negetivity may not spread elsewhere but it should remain confined to this village of bad people only.all good people should remain away from these people so that i blessed them with ..Aabad raho……the person who was confused earlier..got the correct answer from Nanakdev……….the right blessings for right village………..

Guru…..
Once Sikander the Great and his Guru Arastu were passing through a dense jungle..they reached to the bank of a river which was flowing with its full speed and with danger level water…
There were hot discussions between sikander the Great and Arastu, who will first cross the dangerous flowing river….At last Sikander the Great first Crossed the river and the same was followed by his Guru Arastu…After reaching on the other side of the river Arastu asked the Sikander..why you have disobeyed the wishes of your Guru in crossing the river….
Sikander with his folded hand replied…Excuse me Gurudev..Threre was danger of death in crossing the river…if sikander is dead and his Guru Arastu remains…there will be hundreds of Sikanders but…if Guru Arstu is dead ,there will be no more sikander in the world……
That was the reason for non obeying the words of Guru…….

Bussiness…….
Arastu once said……Borrow four rupees from someone..start selling fruits…when it becomes five rupees.,consume one fuorth rupee only and use remaining money in the bussiness.rotate the money like this way…RETURN the borrowed four rupees to someone from whom you have borrowed earlier..always remeber to consume only one fourth rupee..regular reinvestment of balance money in the bussiness…do..do.do.do. one day you will have enough money ….
One young boy was hungary.He went to a bussiness man and requested him for some work.there was a dead Rat in the house.Bussinessman told him..take this dead rat….start your own bussiness..become a bussinessman….this was told to him in tounting manner to heart the feelinghs of hungary boy….these words pinched him so deeply…..He took the dead rat and came to market.He saw a man showing tricks of snakes to children..He asked the boy to give him dead rat for his snake.boy replied to him..I am a bussinessman,i will take some money for this dead rat.he got half a rupee for dead rat.he moved away…he purchased few rosted grams(CHHANA} and went near a temple where a river was flowing near by.people were buying chana for fishes in the river and grains for pigons and other small birds.he sold the chana and again bought chana and again sold them.likewise he repeated the same for many years ie.buying and selling..he consumed very little of his profits.AND one day he became a big wholesale bussinessman and earned lacs of rupees through this bussiness.He purchased one RAT made of GOLD and went to the first bussiness man who had given him dead rat years ago.he said to him…sir please accept this golden rat as my repayment of your debt(loan)which you gave me years ago and through which today i am a successful bussinessman.The first bussiness man accepted the golden rat with thanks.when the boy was about to leave,he said please take my daughter as your married wife becoz you are a perfect and suitable bussinessman match for her.I wanted you to become such a big bussinessman,otherwise i would have given you a job and food on that very first day when you came to me for help.I wanted to explore and groom your inborn talent of great bussiness man…..
friends this is a motivational story which i always remember althouh read it 5 years back in a motivtional book and today I shared the same with you…to see another.success story……

Journey from your Mumbai to…..our Mumbai……
Friends for last many days I was thinking to share with you the facts of this journey which has become a milestone in my life.In my childhood I was knowing mumbai as city of dreams,wealth,tall buildings,filmy paradise and many more good things.On few occasions news about poverty,slum life,crowdy and troublesome train journey with frequent accidental deaths and permanant disabilityaccidents,hosing problem, crimes and underworld gangwars gave me bad taste of this dream city.my job is subject to all India Transfers.Once I thought if by chance i am transfered to mumbai,i shall not be able to feel comfertable in living in mumbai and i will resign from my job and will not go to mumbai……..It was your mumbai……
God is great.He was determined to teach me lesson of my future life and one day suddenly i got my transfer order for mumbai.Due to family responsbilities i couldnot resign from my job and I came to mumbai for my bread and butter. I thought after fixed period i will go back and till that period of 3-4years i will pass this tough time anyhow.Few days later all my comferts were taken care by my organisation .my few local friends told me..This is mumbai..people come here and if they accept mumbai by heart, mumbai will not let them Go or they will never go back from here.I was not ready to believe this at that time.Once again GOD and TIME played their role in creating such circumstances, which changed everything and made me in saying with proud ….now it has become OUR mumbai for me……….The responsibility of changing …Your Mumbai to Our Mumbai…is with all the BLESSINGS of happiness and prosparity of SIDHIVINAYAK,MAHALAXMI,MUMBADEVI AND SAI BABA…..
May God bless every best possible Prosparity,Good Health and happiness to everyone who accept,feel and treat this wonderfull city as…. OUR MUMBAI…..

Tough people always wins……..
Tough time never lasts long in our life but…. Tough people always remain winner in this tough time.Footprints of this time are our best friends and teachers in our life.everyone who is successful today have gone through tough time in his life.May it be social life,economic life or pleasure life all these are refined by tough time.some time God himself tries to test us by giving us tough time.he tests our devotion towards him ,he wants to make us strong to face tough time,.he gives us a chance to verify who is our true friend,relative and well wisher in tough time.there will be lot of people to celebrate happiness in your party but there will be only few to help you in tough time.
I have travelled a long journey of 54 years in my life.I lost my father at the age of 2 yrs.my mother lost her husband and her father simultaneously.she had to leave her in law!s house with 3 small kids to lead a respectful life.we are from a small village in Rajasthan with no comferts of life since begining.Today my elder brother is high ranked ARMY COMMANDER and I am leading a comfertble and respectable life in Mumbai .All this happened due to only one trouth…we faced tough time and we won..God tested us so many times and we were totally dependent on him with full faith till end of tough time…today we are smiling and wish all our friends to see them smiling…………..

Luck,Opportunity and Hard work when they all moove in forward direction all together,you will definately get success.If any one of the wheel is having any problem than we have to wait for the success…….yes it is true today but in addition to above here are few more secrets for success…
1.How you think is everything..Always think positive about sucess..nothing negetive.
2.Decide upon your true Dreams and Goals..
3.Take Action.. to start…till end
4.Never stop learning..learn from every thing around you…even learn from your failures,deafeats.mistakes etc..they are your best teachers.learning from them will make you perfect next time and every time.

A SHORT STORY….
FRIENDS I WANT TO SHARE WITH YOU A; SHORT STORY ……….
There was a lush green tree in a forest ;where a pair of love birds was living with their children..There were few eggs in their nest which were waiting to give birth to new kids.
One day An Elephant deep in his;full proud of his body and strenght came under that tree and started shaking the tree.Birds cried and requested the Elephant not to shake the tree as it will through the eggs and little unborn kids will die..but this request was not cared by the elephant and ultimately nest of the bird fell down and eggs were broken and unborn kids were dead..Elephant moved away proudly while leaving the birds crying for their dead unborn kids…There were few friends of bird at that place.one woodpocker(A bird with long beak which can make hole in a tree)came to birds for help.He said,we will take revenge from elephant but we need help of our another friend HONEY BEE..than Bee also came there.she said we will take help of my friend FROG in taking revenge from elephant….Now all the friends sat together and made a plan to take revenge with elephant.Bee said we will go to elephant and I will sing a beautifull song near ears of elephant.elephant will enjoy the song by keeping his eyes closed,at that moment woodpocker will put his long beak in the eyes of elephant blind.elephant will run here and there in search of water to get relief from pain.At that time FROG said I will cry near a deep well without water and elephant will be misguided in the dream of water and will fall in deep dry well and automatically die..This was a beautifull plan of all the friends to take revenge from elephant who killed the unborn kids of birds.they all united together and implemented the plan and ultimately proudy elephant was dead in the well with the help of all the friends together in the need of the hour for their friends love birds……….they all lived happiely under that tree …….

we must invite love in every aspect of our family life.we must perform pooja of love in our family life.there should be sacrifice of EGO, be prepared to accept our mistakes,respect the value of your parner,donot expect and wait for ,who will compromise first.come forward and keep your partner elevated and happy,Give him or her what best and maximum you can.and see you will get double of what you have given…God, who is living in your family mandir with you will be very happy and he will Gift you that unique happiness which you never expected in your life……….
