written by a  candidate at the UPSC (IAS) examinations. The candidate has
written essay on the Indian Cow.


    Indian
Cow. HE IS THE COW. The cow is a successful animal. Also he is 4 footed
and b'coz he is female, he gives milk.{ but will do so when he is got
child} He is same like god, sacred to Hindus and useful to man. But he
has got 4 legs together.

    Two are forward and two are afterwards. His whole body can be utilized for use.
More so the milk. Milk comes from the 4 taps attached to his basement[
horses don't have any such attachment what can it do?] Various
ghee,butter,cream curd and condensed milk and so forth. Also he is
useful to cobbler, watermans and mankind generally. His
motion is slow only because he is of lazy species. Also his other
motion [gober] is much useful to trees, plants as well as for making
flat cakes [ like pizza]in hand and drying in the sun.

   
Cow is the only animal that extricates his feeding after eating.Then
afterwards SHE chew with HIS teeth whom   are situated in the inside of
the mouth.

The next best of internet is Web 2.0 now we are using 1.0(but we are calling it as net 2.0)







This will bring everything in web browser you don't have to install any
s/w and even any kind of application just a browser is enough(Minimum
OS required).





You can have everything in it all the software online even no need to
install. This service is often called "Cloud Computing" which will
serve everything you want in internet browser only.







A Part of the service is already running on net. See the youtube don't
need any s/w support but it plays video on net without any video player
installed. (minimum flash only). You have online games also. Even you
can edit your resumes and use powerful tools like ms-word online in
editors. You even have online servers which give you online databases
and many other features.







2.0 will bring everything on web. You don't have even install a music
player nor to save music, video in your hard disk. You even don't have
to install any application like ms office, databases, and other
softwares you will get them on net. This will defiantly a plus for
those who are running out of disk space and to those who always have
problem installing their os and s/w.   







Many companies are working hard to bring this technology(Web 2.0).
Microsoft, Yahoo and Google, Oracle (also others)are doing  their
best in bringing this.







It will take time to come completely. As the internet speed is not up
to the mark. We are presently running with 3.1Mbps(highest) but It may
require more than 10Mbps of speed to work like your desktop. Price
factor is another issue. You may have to pay for using these services.
Companies are already using this technology with minimal speed and
thinking to provide to common man at low costs.

Hope we soon see Web 2.0 for lay man.

Girls ´ relationship with guys is a bigger mystery than girls themselves.

It ´s not just about boyfriends, we are talking about guy friends that gals have.

Do you have a gal who is just a friend? Are confused why the frequency of

calls increases as exams loom closer? Or why she always hangs around with

the moron who isn ´t fit to wear Jeetendra ´s white shoes? Here ´s a ready reckoner for you:

% just a friend %

Well, you are like a show piece in my house. I will call you whenever I need you.

If you call me home the chances are 9 out of 10 times she might say,

“Oh Aaditya, I am going out can you call me after 2 days??”

Aaditya: “Where are you going Shilpa??”

Shilpa: “None of your business” and bangs the phone.( Useless fellow… Hmmph! ).

You are like a TV remote control. I need you and I know that.

But I try using you when I really need you.

Aaditya calls: “Hi Shilpa!”

Shilpa: “Hi Aaditya. I am going out with family I will call you back. Bye”

(Shilpa calls back after two days)

Shilpa: “What do you want Aaditya? Why did you call that day?”.

Aaditya: “Generally”.

Shilpa: “Oh ok. I got to go out. Will call you later. Bye.”

Will call when she needs lecture notes or some concert tickets.

Well you are like the pressure cooker safety value for the girl.

She will need you when she wants to bring out her pain or anger on someone.

Basically, she wants to talk to you. And you are special to her.

Shilpa: “You know Aaditya, Shekhar is not eating. He doesn ´t sleep and is not able to

concentrate on his studies. I think he doesn ´t like me anymore. And yesterday I saw him with

another girl”.

Aaditya: “Who is Shekhar??”

Shilpa : “My boyfriend.”

Aaditya: Oh! Ok.

You are like the auto rickshaw driver. She can ´t live without you.

And don ´t be mistaken. You are not her boyfriend. But you are allowed to

take her little doggie around the park so that he (not you!) can have fun.

Aaditya Shopping. Aaditya Movie. Aaditya Coffee. Aaditya, you pay and I am having fun.

Aaditya is now sure that he should go ahead and propose. He dares.

Shilpa: “But I thought we were just friends. We should remain friends. Plus, I have a boy

friend. Don ´t you know that?”

Aaditya: What?? (Aaditya drinks all night).

Ok now you are really special.

You are dad-cum-boyfriend- cum-brother- cum-everything.

Ultimately you are the darling servant of the girl.

You take her around.

You make her project.

You do her assignments.

You are allowed to take her doggie around.

You can hold hands on the beach.

You can see the sun set with her (because she wants to do everything she drags you along).

But but but… Don ´t be mistaken. She has a boyfriend who works for a huge software

company and earns 3 times the salary you earn and has a flat in Bandra or Hiranandani area.

Shilpa: “Hi Aaditya. I am getting engaged to Shekhar. Shekhar this is Aaditya, he is my

bestest friend”.

Aaditya: Hi Shekhar. (Hand shake. Shekhar breaks Aaditya ´s wrist).

Aaditya is now heart-broken and wrist-broken.

1. Say “I Love You” at least once a day. Your
partner does need to hear the words.

2. Kiss good-bye & hello. Throw in a hug while
you’re at it.

3. “Date” your partner for the rest of your
lives. Treat your partner even better than
when you were dating… Remember that you are
sweethearts:
open her door
straighten his tie
hold out her chair
hold hands when you’re walking together

4. Don’t sweat the small stuff. You can let
his/her bad habits bother you to
distraction. .. or you can accept them, and
work around them. Does she leave the cap off
the toothpaste? Buy separate tubes… Does he
leave clothes laying around? Ignore them, or
pick them up, remembering just how much he
does for you in other ways. Or, make it easier
for your partner to satisfy you… buy several
clothes hampers and keep them handy.

5. Concentrate on the positive. Instead of
thinking about the ways that s/he lets you
down, think of all the positive things about
your partner that drew you to them in the
first place.

6. Take a breather when you’re mad. Don’t try
to talk when either of you are angry. Take a
few minutes to walk around the block, lay
down, just get away from each other so you can
regroup. A short break will allow you both to
stay on track and discuss what’s bothering you
instead of accidentally making personal
insults that you will regret later.

7. Don’t use your partner’s secrets or
weaknesses against them… ever! What may seem
insignificant, trivial, or cute to you may be
serious to your partner. Recognize what is
important to your partner, and don’t discuss
it with your friends, mother, his family,
anyone! And certainly don’t throw the words
back at them in an argument. A loving
relationship is one of the most intimate and
trusting that anyone can have.

8. Think about your partner first. If both of
you do this, then you can’t help but win! Say
“yes” to your partner as often as possible…
go to that sports event with him, get him out
on that golf course because he loves golf,
make life easier for your partner, and
hopefully they will do the same for you!

9. R-E-S-P-E-C- T your partner. Don’t badmouth
your partner to anyone! When you talk about
your partner, let your respect and love shine
through.

10. Find a way to regroup together every day.
Discover what works well for you both… eat a
meal together, meet for happy hour drinks,
skip Leno at night and just lay in bed in the
dark, take a walk around the block, etc. You
can even mix things up and vary your routine.
If one of you is traveling, call home at night
just to hear their voice. The point is to
spend time together daily, just talking or
breathing the same air, feeling connected.
