OUR SAI OUR LOVE

 OUR SAI OUR LOVE

You are always in our heart,

though You are far away,

we can hear Your music

all the time, everyday.

Sai Baba, Sai Baba, we love You Sai Baba …..

Your love is our treasure,

Your grace our pleasure,

Your mercy our strength,

all the time, everyday.

Sai Baba, Sai Baba, we love You Sai Baba .….

You are seated in our hearts;

You are woven in our thoughts,

We can touch Your holy feet,

All the time, everyday.

Sai Baba, Sai Baba, we love You Sai Baba …..

O Mother, O Father, O Brother, O Friend,

Let us be at Your feet

when our bodies sway away.

Sai Baba, Sai Baba,

we love You Sai Baba .….

~*~New Year Prayer~*~

December 30th, 2007

God grant us this year a wider view,

So we see others” faults through the eyes of You.

Teach us to judge not with hasty tongue,

Neither the adult … nor the young.

Give us patience and grace to endure

And a stronger faith so we feel secure.

Instead of remembering, help us forget

The irritations that caused us to fret.

Freely forgiving for some offense

And finding each day a rich recompense.

In offering a friendly, helping hand

And trying in all ways to understand;

That all of us whoever we are …

Are trying to reach an unreachable star.

For the great and small … the good and bad,

The young and old … the sad and glad

Are asking today; Is life worth living?

The answer is only in, loving and giving.

For only Love can make man kind

And Kindness of Heart brings Peace of Mind.

By giving love, we can start this year

To lift the clouds of hate and fear.

Embrace Your Dreams

Embrace your dreams

And your own greatness

Live your life through your own eyes

Hold close your greatest vision of yourself

Never compromise your greatness for another

Talk your own language

Express your own soul

You owe nothing to another, only to yourself

Follow your destiny

MySpace and Orkut Rose Glitter Graphic - 1

Be honest with yourself and your desires

Speak of your highest thoughts

Be all you held in your childhood dreams

No one can take away your power

Unless you let them

Walk with your head held high

So you can see clearly

The path you have chosen

Decide daily who you wish to be

Create your own moments with wisdom

Carve your future with clarity

Become your desires, expand your horizons

MySpace and Orkut Rose Glitter Graphic - 1

Leave yesterday behind

Run toward tomorrow

Change your mind often

Learn how to flow with the river

Close your eyes and let life take you

There”s nothing to fear

As long as you believe in you

Go where your heart leads

Never give up

MySpace and Orkut Rose Glitter Graphic - 1

Don”t believe mistakes are destroyers of life

See them as gifts for future success

Dance on rainbows

Meet fairies

Sing with the Angels

And always give thanks

For the treasure that life is

And what God has given you today

Let love into your heart

Too Much to Do, Too Little Time

December 28th, 2007

Too Much to Do, Too Little Time

By: Brian Tracy

The most common form of stress that we experience is the feeling of being overwhelmed with far too much to do and having too little time to do it in. In fact, “time poverty” is the biggest single problem facing most managers in America today. We simply do not have enough time to fulfill all our responsibilities. Because of budget limitations, staff cutbacks, downsizing, and competitive pressures, individual managers are forced to take on more and more work, all of which appears to be indispensable to the smooth functioning of our company or department.

Become an Expert

The solution to this problem of work overload is for you to become an expert on time management. There is probably no other skill that you can learn that will give you a “bigger bang for the buck” than to become extremely knowledgeable and experienced in using time management practices.

Be Open to New Ideas

The most foolish manager of all is either the manager who feels that he has no time to learn about time management or, even worse, the manager who, while being overwhelmed with work, feels that he already knows all that he needs to know about the subject.

Never Stop Learning

The fact is that you can study time management and take time management courses for your entire business life and you will still never learn everything you need to know to get the most out of yourself while doing your job in the most efficient way.

The Keys to Time Management

The two indispensable keys to time management are:1) the ability to set priorities; and 2) the ability to concentrate single-mindedly on one thing at a time. Since there is never enough time to do everything that needs to be done, you must be continually setting priorities on your activities. Perhaps the very best question that you can memorize and repeat, over and over, is, “what is the most valuable use of my time right now?”

The Best Question of All

This question, “what is the most valuable use of my time right now?” will do more to keep you on track, hour by hour, than any other single question in the list of time management strategies.

The natural tendency for all of us is to major in minors and to give in to the temptation to clear up small things first. After all, small things are easier and they are often more fun than the big, important things that represent the most valuable use of your time.

Start With Your Top Tasks

However, the self-discipline of organizing your work and focusing on your highest value tasks is the starting point of getting your time under control and lowering your stress levels.

Action Exercises

Here are two things you can do immediately to get your time under
control.

First, make a decision today to become an expert on time management. Read the books, listen to the audio programs, and take a time management course. Then, practice, practice, practice every day until you master time management skills.

Second, set clear priorities on your work each day, before you begin. Then, discipline yourself to start on your most important task and stay at that until it is complete. This will relieve much of your stress immediately.

How to get your NEW BORN baby to SLEEP through the NIGHT

December 27th, 2007

Swing

Suck

Babiesare born with a desire to suck. If you take your pinky and stick it in their mouth, they will suck on it for hours. In fact, that's what it
took at times to calm our son down. There's a reason why they call it a pacifier. Sucking on a pacifier helps to soothe a crying baby. They like it and they need it. Of course there are pros and cons to having your baby suck on a pacifier. If you are absolutely against your child having a pacifier then it may be a bit more difficult to calm your baby or to get her to sleep. If your concern is about getting your child off the pacifier then check back here in a couple of weeks I am planning to write a post on that very topic. [Update: The post is up and you can read about how to get your child off the pacifier here]

Follow the above mentioned tips

to lead a healthy and a happy life.

You never know which way to go.

Because when you least expect it,

With good friends and family, the choice is clear.

Three Questions

December 23rd, 2007

Three Questions

There was once a king who decided that if he knew who the most important people to be with were, and what the most important thing to do was,and when the best time to do each thing was, that he would certainly be the finest king ever to rule the land.  Although he had asked his advisers, none had been able to give him a good answer to these questions.

At last he decided to ask the advice of a wise hermit.  The king dressed in the clothes of a commoner and set out for the forest.  When he neared the hermit”s hut, he ordered his knights to stay back at a distance, and he rode the last section of trail alone.

The king found the hermit digging in his garden.  The old man greeted him but continued digging.  The king told the hermit that he had come to find answers to his three questions.  The hermit listened but gave no answer and continued working.  The king observed that the hermit was frail and elderly and that the work was very difficult for him.  The king offered to take over the digging, and the hermit allowed it.

The king dug for one hour.  Then he repeated the question, but the hermit did not answer.  He worked again for another hour, and then repeated his questions with the same results.  This continued for a few more hours until the sun began to sink low in the sky.  Finally the king got discouraged.  “I came to you for answers wise man.  If you have none, tell me and I will return home.”

Just them someone came running up the path.  They turned to see a man with his hands pressed to his stomach and blood flowing from between them.  He dropped to the ground at the king”s feet.

The king and the hermit knelt down and began tending to the man.
The king washed and bandaged the man”s wounds.  The blood continued to flow so he kept having to change the bandages.  The king also helped the hermit to get fresh water, and to help the man to drink.

Finally the man slept and did not wake until the next morning.
The king too slept upon the ground, waking often to watch over the man.  In the morning the man woke up and looked at the king.

“Forgive me,” he said to the king.

“You have nothing to forgive me for,” the king answered.

“Oh, but I do,” he said.  “You were my enemy, and I had sworn to take revenge on you for killing my brother and taking my land.  I knew that you were coming here today and I decided to kill you on the trail.  But when you did not return for many hours I left my hideout to find you. Your guards recognized me and wounded me.  I escaped them but I would have bled to death if you had not cared for me.  I meant to kill you but now you have saved my life.  If I live I shall gladly serve you for the rest of my days.”

The king was so happy to have been reconciled with an old enemy that he immediately forgave him and promised to return his land.  Then the king called for his knights to carry the man back to his castle to be cared for by his own doctor.

After the wounded man had gone, the king asked the hermit once more if he would not give him the answer to his question.

“Your questions have already been answered.” the hermit replied.

“But how?” the king answered, perplexed.

“How?” repeated the hermit.

“If you had not taken pity on my weakness yesterday and helped me instead of returning home, that man would have ambushed and killed you on the trail.  Therefore, the most important time was when you were digging my garden beds; and I was the most important person; and the most important thing to do was to do good for me.  Later, when the man came running to us, the most important thing to do was to care for him.  If you had not bound up his wounds he would have died without making peace with you.  Therefore the most important person was that man, and what you did was the most important thing, and the right time was the time when you were doing it.

“You see, the most important time is always the present moment. It is the only time that is important because it is the only time that we have control over.  The past we can only look back on and wish that we had done differently.  The future we can only imagine. The most important person is always the one you are with in the present moment, and the only important deed is the deed that does what is best for others.”
