Impossible Ingredient!

It was a cold, rainy Sunday afternoon. Sunday - The day which makes everyone  wish that it would prolong the whole week ;-) The day one deserves some special food to indulge our taste buds with. After all the washing, chopping, slicing, grinding, frying and  running around for a couple of hours I had finished cooking everyone’s favourite - Biriyani! One of the most tastiest  dishes from our part of the world. The spicy aroma of biriyani was so enticing and inviting even those who were on the road! People could easily tell what was on our Menu even from across the road and obviously we  just can’t wait for lunch. Tasting the steaming Biriyani all were asking me the secret of today’s menu if I had added anything new. I was glowing like a prize winner and relishing the biriyani.

Suddenly  I found something shiny peeping out from  the rice. As I fished it out carefully to my horror I found that it was my new mixier’ blade. Unfortunately what I found was also looked at by all the members of the family. It had loosened and seperated from the jar and had cleverly hidden itself by camouflaging itself with the colour of the Pudhina masala. I had added it to the biriyani along with the masala paste. Im damn sure it would have felt like the odd one out and pretty lonely inside the biriyani. As I mumbled and fumbled all of them burst into laughter  that  the blade was the secret of unique flavour of the dish. Im sure that this will remain in their damn memory for long time to come . Hubby asked the  pretty embarrased and stupefied me about what weird ingredients I am planning to add in the future. I quipped nothing but the knife, peeler and few other small cutlery depending upon my whims and fancies;-)

If you require some more metal, iron, steel; I could send it to you as an allowance :P. It would be cheap as I work in one such company.

Hey Moe! This is not fair. The mixer blade is not as dangerous or sharp like the objects u have mentioned in the picture.
