“In our lives; Unlike on tracks We can’t rewind We can’t go back” The words filled me with wistfulness….immediately took me back; long back through the time machine of my mind. Wonder what it is about the past that it holds our present and future to ransom? Or maybe it’s just our own fear to let go of the familiar to sail the unfamiliar seas again…who knows! But is there a need to look back only in sorrow, regret or bitterness… why not in happiness? Vacuum cannot exist on this earth…it never did. How we choose to fill in the gaps left by the tide of time is up to us completely. In consciously trying to forget, we keep reminding ourselves of the days gone by. In trying to move on, we keep moving back…wishing to change what HAS become a constant for eternity! It’s a part of our lives so how can we leave it behind & move on… it was it was a conscious decision we took and whether it turns right or wrong , life goes on ….ironically instead of stopping to smile at the happier things , people often brood over the sadder parts… But, without people life is the biggest loser…Life needs us as much as we need it…So let’s LIVE ON!!!

The past is familiar and the future unknown. Little do we realise that dwelling upon the familiar, robs us of time to add to it, from the untapped reservoir of the present.

When I used to read your blogs without seeing yr photo in face book, I used to imagine u as a middle aged highly intelligent woman with high experiences of life with high profile. But when I saw your photo in face book, you surprised me. You are so young but so matured……the way you look at the life is awesome…. I have read your blocks……they are too good. Thats why when you had stopped writing for some time, I used miss your blogs and wished you to write very often..

True. Life is meant to be lived in all its flavour…
Good reflections in your article. I have learnt on the course that we should not take life too seriously. And we should give life a chance. If we think too much about every little thing, life suffocates. And some times, experience counts, so we should listen to those who have crossed it - may be our parents…
I was wondering from some time when will you write again. Good to see. All the best!

Everything changes with time, only change is permanent, but u know one more thing is permanent in life…that is..our memories, moments spent with loved ones. Our past becomes past, cant be rewind but noone can take those beautiful memories from us .
