I love Google’s minty fresh indexing of my blog on the launch of Nanded City Pune

quickly” I have read it but i have not tested it like John Honeck. But today, i experienced Google’s Minty Fresh Indexing. On my Ravi Karandeekar’s Pune Real Estate Market News Blog, I posted a blog, “Magarpatta”s Nanded City will be launched on June 1, 2008″ and in less than 15 minutes it was indexed and i could find it in Goole search. Isn’t it awesome!

Punekars, are we smart enought o actively take a part in keeping our roads in good condition?
Sorry for asking! But we all only complain about the condition of our roads. Only few among us work to make things better. Thanks to Mr.Madhav Ghate. Because of his ‘Public Interest Litigation’, Bombay High Court issued a notice to Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) to fill all potholes and repair the damaged roads in three weeks time.
Today, i came to know about Ms.Pratima Kirloskar and her Citizen’s Empowerment Forum. I found it great and immediately i blogged it: “Now, making “Our Pune” better is in our hands!” You know, surprisingly, this time Pune Municipal Corporation has joined hands with the civil activists! Together, they have chalked out an action plan and developed a system to repair the roads in this monsoon. And you know what? Success of the system depends on us. This plan will work only if all of us actively take a part. Tell me, do you think we are enough smart to take a part?
I am enthusiastic about this plan because it is about roads. I will never forget how much i suffered in the last monsoon. Potholes on the roads not only damaged my vehicle, it damaged my backbone too.
I am optimistic about it’s success because of it’s simplicity. See how it will work:
1. When you see a pothole or storm water clogging, you log on to “www.ourpune.com”and register your complaint/observation.
2) When you register your complaint on the website, in ‘real time’, it will be forwarded to the PMC’s concerned junior engineer and contractor via ’sms’.
3) In the next 72 hours, action will be taken on your complaint.
4) If your complaint is not attended to, ‘this matter’ will be informed to the head of the concerned department of PMC.
5) You and Citizen’s Empowerment Forum will constantly monitor the website and keep track of the progress of the work.
Now, when we have such a simple and effective mechanism at our disposal, tell me, are we smart enough to put it to good use?

Best buy: Orchid:2bhk flat at Pimple Saudagar, Aundh annex, Pune!
Yesterday two most important things happened.
There was a property exhibition in Pune. Where i could see almost all residencial projects in Aundh annex, Baner and Bavadhan area. After studying plans of the all 2 bhk flats and comparing location and rates, i have come to conclusion that“Orchid: 2bhk flats at Pipmle Saudagar, Aundh Annex, Pune” is the best buy!
You will say didn’t i know this? Yes, i knew but when someone who is hunting for 2bhk certifies this and wants to book, confirms this. That is what happened yesterday. I released one small classified ad in the newspaper with url and i got very good response, appreciation and i am sure, it is going to convert in to the booking!
