It is found that a mixture of honey and cinnamon cures most Diseases. Honey is produced in most of the countries of the world. Scientists of  today also accept honey as a “Ram Ban” (very effective) medicine for all kinds of diseases. Honey can be used without any side Effects for any kind of diseases.

Today’s science says that even though honey is sweet, if taken in the right dosage as a medicine, it does not harm diabetic patients. Weekly World News, a Magazine in Canada , on its issue dated 17 January, 1995 has given the following list of diseases that can be cured by honey and cinnamon as researched by western scientists

HEART DISEASES

ARTHRITIS:


Arthritis patients may take daily, morning, and night, One cup of hot  water with two spoons of honey and one small teaspoon of cinnamon   powder. If taken regularly even chronic arthritis can be cured. In a  recent research conducted at the Copenhagen University, it was found  that when the doctors treated their patients with a mixture of one  tablespoon honey and half teaspoon Cinnamon powder before breakfast, They found that within a week, out of the 200 people So treated, practically 73 patients were totally relieved of pain, and  
within a month, mostly all the patients who could not walk or move  around because of arthritis started walking without pain.

BLADDER INFECTIONS:

Take two tablespoons of cinnamon powder and one teaspoon of honey in a  glass of lukewarm water and drink it. It destroys the germs in thebladder.  
TOOTHACHE: 
Make a paste of one teaspoon of cinnamon powder and five teaspoons of  honey and apply on the aching tooth. This may be applied three times a day until the tooth stops aching.  

CHOLESTEROL:

Two tablespoons of honey and three teaspoons of cinnamon powder mixed in 16 ounces of tea water, given to a cholesterol patient were found to  reduce the level of cholesterol in the blood by 10 percent within two  hours. As mentioned for arthritic patients, if taken three times a day,  any chronic cholesterol is cured. According to information received in the said Journal, pure honey taken with food daily relieves complaints  of cholesterol. By the way, if you’re taking cholesterol medicine, STOP!  They all contain STATIN which weaken your muscles…including YOUR HEART and none has been shown to stop heart attacks or strokes!!!!= 20


COLDS:


Those suffering from common or severe colds should take one tablespoon lukewarm honey with 1/4 spoon cinnamon powder daily for three days.



This process will cure most chronic cough, cold, and clear the sinuses.

DRINK WATER ON EMPTY STOMACH

It is popular in Japan today to drink water immediately after waking up every morning. Furthermore, scientific tests have proven a its value. We publish below a description of use of water for our readers. It is nice to have a cup of cold drink after a meal. However, the cold water will solidify the oily stuff that you have just consumed. It will slow down the digestion.

Once this “sludge” reacts with the acid, it will break down and be absorbed by the intestine faster than the solid food. It will line the intestine. Very soon, this will turn into fats and lead to cancer. It is best to drink hot soup or warm water after a meal.

How to Drink More Water Every Day

1. Determine how much water you need. You’ve probably heard the “8 by 8″ rule - drink eight 8-ounce glasses of water per day (2 quarts, 1.8 liters) - but the amount of water a person needs varies depending on his or her weight and activity level. Another way to determine your specific recommended water intake is to divide your weight (in pounds) by two. The resulting number is the number of ounces of water you need each day. For example, if you weigh 150 lbs., strive to drink 75 ounces of water daily. For those who use the Metric system, divide your weight (in kilograms) by 30 (ex. somebody weighing 70 kg is going to need 2.3 liters per day). Keep in mind that these recommended intake numbers are controversial and some experts believe they are a gross exaggeration. See “warnings” below for more information.

2. Measure your daily intake of water. Do this for a few days. If you find that you’re drinking less than the recommended quantity, try some of the following tips:

3. Carry water with you everywhere you go in a bottle or other container. Note here that recent research continuously shows plastic bottles leach toxic chemicals into water. It is highly recommended that one use glass containers such as an old Pierre bottle. Begin keeping all your glass bottles, and soon you’ll find the ideal glass bottle for you. 5. Try wearing a digital watch that beeps at the beginning of each hour. Use that as a reminder to pour yourself a glass of water. Vow to drink that water before the next beep. If you drink only one small (6 ounce or 180 ml) cup per hour, you’ll have consumed 48 ounces (1.4 liters) by the end of an 8-hour workday.

6. Get a water purification system.. Purified water tastes very good and may help make drinking water more appealing to you. Be aware, though, that as you grow accustomed to purified water, you may find that tap water leaves a bad taste in your mouth, even though it may be better for your teeth.[1] Keep in mind that fluoride, found in small quantities in tap water, is necessary for strong, healthy teeth. 7. Add lemons or limes to your water. This makes it taste better and makes you want to drink more of it. Be careful not to make it too sour, just a splash of sourness should do the trick. Cucumber slices can also be added to a glass of water. Some mint leaves can be added to a pitcher of water which should be allowed to sit overnight. These are cheap alternatives to the bottled flavored water.

8. Eat water rich foods, such as fruits like watermelon, which is 92% water by weight. Blend up some seedless fresh watermelon flesh with some ice and place a few sprigs of mint (optional) - one of the most refreshing drinks, especially for the summertime. Cranberry juice is also another option, and has a bitter taste. Patients suffering from urinary infection caused by insufficient intake of water should drink cranberry juice and eat watermelon if not plain water everyday. A tomato is 95% water. An egg is about 74% water. An uncooked piece of lean meat is about 70% water..

9. Keep water cold if it tastes better for you. Keep a pitcher of water in the refrigerator at home. Add ice or freeze water in a sports bottle before taking it with you, it will eventually melt and stay cold. However, too cold water will cost your body energy to heat it to body temperature.

10. Climate can drastically change how much water you need. On hot days that require you to be outside, you should drink more water to counteract the fluids you lose when you sweat. This not only keeps your body hydrated, it can prevent heat-related illness.

 


 

 

Dont Cheat During Diet (Diet TIPS)


1) Don’t ever skip breakfast.. Eat something: a piece of toast, fruit, etc.

Your body’s metabolism rate slows down at night and does not speed up again

until you eat something.If you wait until lunch to eat, that is 4 or more

hours that your body is burning calories at a lower rate. Eat something soon

after you get out of bed and your body will burn calories at a higher rate

until lunch. Also, don’t go more than about 5 hours during the day without

eating. That causes you to eat more at meal time. Eat healthy, low-fat snacks

in between meals is you are going to go more than 5 hours without a meal



2) Right after eating a meal, especially dinner, go straight to the bathroom

to brush, floss, and mouthwash so that your mouth is feeling nice and clean-

this makes it less appealing to eat more (especially before

bedtime)



3) If you get hungry you should chew gum. Some people just like to chew

things. Chew gum while preparing meals or making lunch for the next day, to

prevent you from nibbling food while it is right in front of you.



4) I have noticed that if you eat your meals away from the T.V. and other

distracting places that you will enjoy your meal better and will take a

little longer to eat the meal. Also drink at least 2 glasses of water or one

glass of milk during your meal and you will feel fuller causing you to not go

back for seconds.(note: i suggest water, if drinking milk make it skim milk)



5) Weight in pounds multipled by 15 will equal the number of calories per day

to maintain that weight. 500 calories less per day will result in approx 1 lb

weight loss per week; 750 calories = 1 1/2 lbs per week; 1000 calories = 2 lbs

per week. Keep a daily diary of calorie intake. Fat, carbohydrates and protein

will automaticly adjust themselves to stay within alloted calories per day.

6) Keep healthy foods handy like fruit or vegetables in the fridge. Eat only

if hungry.



7) Keep a diary of your eating and your feelings, far away from the kitchen.

Document everything that you eat before you eat it.. Describe how you feel

health wise as you progress. Describe how you feel when you cheat your self.



Cool Soups are a great meal, they are filling, tasty, and healthy. *Soups may

be a good and filling meal, but healthy is debatable. Just look at the amount

of sodium in the most popular brands. Even the low sodium brands have more

in them than most other types of meals (with half the taste).



9) Never starve yourself, especially before going out to eat (or you will

binge). Never skip meals, you must have some kind of nourishment regularly

or your body’s starvation defenses will kick in,lower your metabolism, and

store fat. Use nutritional meal replacements instead of skipping or eating

very low calorie meals.



10) Don’t think that just because you are eating low fat/low calorie foods

that you can eat all that you want. The calories still add up and must be

burned off regardless of what kind of food you eat. Balance is key.
