क्या है सुख?सुनहरे दानो को च्मकती पोटली में
बांध कार रखा सामान,
या फिर मन के गलियारे में खेलता एक नादान!
घर की छत पर खड़े हो
बादलो पर अपने ख्वाबों को बनाना,
या अचानक हुई बारिश पर मुस्कुराना और
भीगते हुए चाय की चुस्कियाँ लेना!
काम माँगने आई महरी को पाँच सौ की जगह
तीन सौ में मनाना,
या उसकी गीली आखों को देख कर
खुद को चार सौ में तैयार करना !
दोस्त को महंगी कार की बधाई देना
या फिर लखते जिगर की ड्रॉयिंग बुक में हवाई जहाज देख मुस्कुराना!!
हाँ कितना कठिन है सुख को परिभाषित करना!!
जैसे,
मंदिर जाकर घंटी ना बजाना, या
प्रसाद लिए बिना लौट आना,
आँखे मूंदकर भगवान से कुछ ना मांगना!!1

Wow! So nice… Initial portion, the examples are simply wonderful. Can you explain about the past stanza, do you mean to say that defining sukh is like returning from temple without asking anything from God? Or: when we are at peace and happy, we can go to temple but won”t ask anything from God… Liked the parallels. Very good one, keep writing… (Rahul)
