Life has its own rhythm!

We know that music must be played in a rhythm.  One has to follow the beats to play a particular musical piece.  Every living creature has his own rhythm.  The nature follows a rhythm.  The sun and moon rises in their specific time and sets in.  The planets move in at a particular rhythm revolving the sun in a specific time.  In human body, the heart, which helps us to live, pumps at a specific rhythm with the sound of "lub-dub!"

A human being grows up and goes to school.  He goes to school, then college and finally university.  Every human being follows the same rhythm.  Some goes to business after school.  But basically a human being has a learning phase and an application phase.  The learning phase is the school and college.  The application phase is his job.  After the job or business, one has to take rest.  This phase is the retirement phase.  So there is a definite rhythm in human life.

A human being grows up.  From a child he comes adolescent and finally an adult.  His mind has also got a rhythm.  First he is immature at young age and as he grows up, his maturity increases.  Every human being is being guided by parents.  When he or she becomes an adult individual, one has to take independent decisions.  Then a time comes when they becomes parent.  They teach their children the do's and don'ts.  If we observe carefully, we will see a rhythm in it.

Heart is the most vital organ that helps us to live in this world.  It helps us in the circulation of blood.  The heart pumps blood and blood goes to the brain and other parts of the body.  It beats rhythmically.  A failure in this rhythm will cause a human being to die of heart attack.  The heart is composed of involuntary muscles, the muscles which are not controlled by the brain.

Our body has its own biological clock.  A human being rises in the morning, does his daily chores throughout the day and goes to sleep.  It has got a rhythm as the person is active in the day and inactive in the night.  In case of night shift workers, they are like bats!!  They have to keep awake at night for doing their job and sleep during the day.  For them as the morning comes, they feel sleepy and wants to go home.  So we can see it follows a clock.  It has a tempo, a beat, which sustains us!! Nobody can say "No, I will do what I want!!  I don't care about the biological clock!"  A biological clock is a clock fixed in human body and all living organisms which forces us to follow a definite rhythm.

Suppose a person wants to violate the normal rhythm of life.  The effects on his body are as follows:

1.  He becomes very angry often.

2.  He often shouts at petty occasions.

3.  He tries to be unnecessarily fussy about petty things.

4.  His blood pressure becomes high.

5.  His sleep becomes less.  He cannot sleep at night.  At extreme cases, he suffers from insomnia.

6.  He loses his normal memory.  He often forgets what he just did or his normal facts of life.

One has to keep himself calm.  He should do meditation early in the morning.  He should do some exercise to reduce the stress level.  He should try to follow a routine life.  It means a life which has a rhythm, a life with a tempo.  A life without a tempo or rhythm often disturbs the person's mind.  The individual may not be aware but it has a bad effect on his mind.  So it is good to be aware of the rhythm of life.
