Some who are unable to recover from the trying times of their lives begin to develop negative beliefs. I've heard people say "<SPAN style="mso-bidi-font-style: italic">God just has it in for me</SPAN>" or "<SPAN style="mso-bidi-font-style: italic">I'm just unlucky</SPAN>". This mindset renders us helpless and unable to act in a way that changes our circumstances.<o:p></o:p></FONT></FONT></SPAN></I></P><BR><P style="LINE-HEIGHT: 200%; MARGIN: 0in 0in 10pt; mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto" class=MsoNormal><I style="mso-bidi-font-style: normal"><SPAN style="LINE-HEIGHT: 200%; FONT-FAMILY: 'Monotype Corsiva'; COLOR: #1d1b11; FONT-SIZE: 12pt; mso-bidi-font-family: Arial; mso-themecolor: background2; mso-themeshade: 26; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'"><FONT size=4><FONT color=#000066>Being unable to cope with life's obstacles can also affect our health. Depression and alcoholism can many times be rooted in a person's inability to deal with the outside world. For these reasons and many more, it is important that we begin to face and conquer life's tough conditions.<o:p></o:p></FONT></FONT></SPAN></I></P><BR><P style="LINE-HEIGHT: 18pt; MARGIN: 0in 0in 10pt; mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; mso-outline-level: 4" class=MsoNormal><I style="mso-bidi-font-style: normal"><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 'Monotype Corsiva'; COLOR: #1d1b11; FONT-SIZE: 12pt; mso-bidi-font-family: Helvetica; mso-themecolor: background2; mso-themeshade: 26; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold"><FONT size=4><FONT color=#000066>Bouncing Back <o:p></o:p></FONT></FONT></SPAN></I></P><BR><P style="LINE-HEIGHT: 18pt; MARGIN: 0in 0in 10pt; mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; mso-outline-level: 4" class=MsoNormal><I style="mso-bidi-font-style: normal"><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 'Monotype Corsiva'; COLOR: #1d1b11; FONT-SIZE: 12pt; mso-bidi-font-family: Helvetica; mso-themecolor: background2; mso-themeshade: 26; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold"><FONT size=4><FONT color=#000066>1.
