Kindness is a sweet word ,much sweeter to share as well receive…be kind ,be impartial ,be good ,and you receive the same,that is the truth perhaps,yet how many people understand our gesture of kindness ,small,big ,in our own ways.It could be a simple phone call to our loved ,or a long time mail to the buddies,family members,or a simple smiling hug to our loved ones,perhaps a simple hello to our online friends.Or a sincere smile without a reason when you have been a little rude to ur best friend or child,spouse,or colleague.

Kindness cannot be defined,as it can come in many ways.What do we refer to being un kind?Is it misunderstood ,lovelessness,being rude,uncooperartive ,ignorance,arrogance,selfish or mean,what is that make us so unkind?Perhaps ,its times our own hurt feelings somewhere in our subconscious mind,or overexpectations,or value time ,more than people….each and every individual would have a diiferent story,yet can we deny ,that we do love the moment when we are remembered by our dear ones and those silly fights too bring the best of ,kindest of smile ,isn’t?So why don’t we live with simple moments,which is made up of little understanding,acceptence,being open to our thoughts,and never judgemental on little gestures we share,feel each day!I love each day,feel times funny to find self being going a roller coaster ride,times smiling,times grumbling,times being very optimistic,times oh no!its a fun ride after all…where we scream at heights,curves ,jerk,twist..a true roller coaster ride ,Share each day!

Now being kind is so much,doesn’t , merely mean at sharing your favourite icecreams:),or avoiding that smile ,which says much of your hidden emotions,Being kind never meant, we should forget self,and just be a soul who respects others,right or wrong?Helpful and Caring though! It can mean ,first be open to what you feel,unmask the jealousy,anger,pain,share your truth.Kindness do not have forms,too many objects attached to it…its comes wrapped in the gift of understanding,openness,love and care ,being impartial or judgemental ! Yet always open to probe over any misbehaviour,misunderstanding and disloyalty!

Be kind to self…where lie our fears and frustrations, Our joy and happiness

Our inner strength….we share,give ,take ,receive so much!

Kindness is not in hiding the truth, like our happiness,our beliefs ,not in questioning what we feel are our rights ,Or being open to what we feel wrong,at some point of time!Kindness to me is being firm,not unfair:)Being bold at my decision,yet not wrong!

Times questioning others doent mean being unkind or misunderstood,we need to be more clear about our responsiblity as a mentor,friend,sibling or child,parent ,not being ignorant at others feelings, yet accept our mistakes,And before or after any mistakes done ,always apologise !As we are after all human ,not divine!

Kindness is not in being silent,holding on to our self belief,to please others(mostly it happens )

As well as being open to your innermost belief and seeking right answers from others.

It lies in facing truth and respecting the spoken and unspoken words from other:)

But trust ,acceptance,love is the biggest kindness :)))

Lets share the best out of the above!!!

A quest to feel the rhythm of the world

As we move ahead …

Memory of countless moments which came by!

Touching the soul which was sleeping in some unknown horizon…

Lost in the sweetness of time!!!

A shower of snow whispers the song of celebration of life

and our dreams unknown!!!

I hold on to each passing day…

As we greet new moments…

A new joy!

A new hope!

A new smile!

Wrapped with the memory of living each day!!!

I feel the slow breeze,

I hear the voice of angels whispering prayers for every passing moment!

Holding varied memories whispering hope and joy …

As I see the stars shining bright

The beautiful twilight…

We can feel the truth…..

That darkness always brings the most beautiful light.

Let’s each look at the beauty of the night…

As I see god holding us closer to each day and night together…

With the stars and silent twilight!

And sun rays giving warmth to blessings of morning light!!

Some one lovingly showered on us…

Many a times in our silence the breathe doesn’t last longer

As we miss to see that we are deeply meditating on our feelings free &wide…!

Dear friends ! do not be blind

Come and see the magic of true self

When mind is free of any desires…

Free from fear, sorrows uncertainity, free from any fall…

Free as a bird..

Just like an Albatross fly high….

Removing the fog and

Taking us to the coast!

Aandiyo se jhujane ki aadat si pad gayi hai!

Mitti se lipatne ki aadat si pad gayi hai!

Aadat kuch aaisi hoti hai Dosto….!

Kuch samaj pate hai,kuch thiraskaar kar chale jate hai!

Aadat khoyi cheez pane ki bhi hai…

Aadat hasne aur rulane ki bhi hai!

Aadat bharish mai bheeg ,bhah si jane ki bhi hai!

Aadat tute sapne sajane ki bhi hai…..!

Chan moti ki tarah tutkar kahi door bhikar jane ki bhi aadat hai!

Gahari aandkaar mai kho jane ki bhi hai…..

Aadat inti sare hai…kabhie bhanti..kabhie bhigadti…

Aapne ko aapno se kabhie aalag karti..!

Kabhie kabhie andhere par koyi chehra hamhe keh jate hai…ki mujhe apna lo…!

Aadat har kisi par vishvas karne ki bhi hai…Apne aur Begane ……!!!

Aadat kuch aaise ban jate hai???

Jaha na jeene ka gham hai..na marne ka dar!

Chan Aadat pedho se ghirthe patte utane ki !

Kanto se khelte ,ungaliyo se khoon bahane ki bhi Aadat hai…

Hamari aadate sambhalte sambhalte ..kisiko hamhe bhool jane ki bhi aadat ho chuki hai!

Har insaan le chalte hai kuch aadate …kuch aache..kuch bure….kuch mahake..kuch dare…!

Kuch haste khelti aadate..

Kuch aache..bhuri aadate!!!

Bus!kuch naye purane lamhe na bhoolane ki hamari bhi bahut purani Aadat hai!

Nothing to feel

As I keep a note of my breadth &my soul

My existence as a whole…

Not here to wander aimlessly…

As I lay down deep in this universe feeling the heat of ups &downs..

A blanket of soft buds filling my room

A touch of sweet aroma as if from some divine temple

Bringing the soft smokes of steady belief in life around…

Feel it as I go on…

A path to realization

A cup to fill with true existence

A choice put forth of trial &errors

A decision to be best in all life messages

Without holding truth apart

As I feel am not alone

As truth walk hand in hand forever!

when no one understands you..

Accepts your thoughts and actions

Night You accept me in my sweet sleep

Dont teach us how to dream

How to close our eyes & rest in our sleep!
