You are very true, but a figment of the mind can only be defeated by another figment created by the same mind. The point of using the will is not very effective and I have seen results by using the recommended method.

hmm..it was an emotional outburst that made me write…till i can actually do n e thing about wat i feel.n i guess everything n anything has solutions..provided v work wthout ultirior motives…currently m takin care of street animals as far as i can…from the time i take out of my paintings. currently, m into a professional transition frm being a marketeer 2 b where my soul lies..in colours n canvases 2 earn enuff money 2 b able 2 justify myself of leaving something gud 4 the posterity…so my research is still pending, but surely on the cards…regards!
