   shivaja, ada prathaman is my fav too… and it is so tough to get it just right (read ‘the way my mom makes it’ as for pal payasam and boli…. let me not start off again!

   Agree with dilip….delightful read! Am planning to make adaprathaman (hubby’s favourite) and next time I am at Trivandrum I hope someone invites me to their wedding ..slurp…the palpayasam and boli!

   it was a wonderful sadya, you served! a gastronomic delight! it is not often that i get to enjoy the sadya, but this feature made up for all those lost opportunities!
