    Let us form an association for civic awareness an NGO to teach the educated urban illetrate and ill mannered people who blow horn , spoil the public places and don’t bother for the other persons’ convenience , abuse the civic laws, raise the road rage. Let us rope in like minded people and raise resources to this wake of call in the era of from a developing nation to a developed one.
