    Come to iland and open a “new post” window. There is an option for “add widgets from other sites”, extreme right hand side option. Click on it and then paste the same copied link there and click on “ok”. the picture will appear. Repeat the same process to post more pictures from your web album.. You can try out and see where you are stuck up. Or you can take help from someone there nearby who knows it…

    I think the note had explained in short the whole process. I would still suggest this way:

    Do you have a gmail account? If not, then you have to create it like rediff one. Then go to picasaweb.com website and log in using the same gmail ID. There, you would have options to load pictures from your PC to the picasa albums. They will even explain the process to you because these sites are very user friendly. If you are not much tech savvy, you can choose not to install picasa’s software, but only use a facility called “basic uploader” to load your individual picts to the album you would create there. When you load some pictures there, you click on a picture and then on the right hand side you can see some options like “link to this picture”, “embid link” etc. Then you have to copy the embed link for that picture.
