How whistleblowers were treated by powerbrokers in India could be best described by going through the facts mentioned in the below link.

No one has come forward to help the whistleblower and his family.

Allow us to introduce ourselves. Naujawan-E-Hind is a non-profit, apolitical organization working on social causes like AIDS, Drugs, Illiteracy, Communalism, Population, Pollution etc through the medium of street theatre. Street theatre is an effective medium that enables us to bring about awareness, reaching out to the masses across the country. We use streets as a platform for face-to-face interaction with people, educating them on the causes as well as the precautionary measures that need to be implemented by them to fight against social issues. And also for entrertainment.

Naujawan-E-Hind was established in 1992 and has been actively doing street theatre since then. More information about us can be seen on our blog http://www.naujawan-e-hind.blogspot.com

We would be grateful if you could give us a listing on your esteemed website so that we can reach out to more and more people in our endeavour.

We look forward to your kind cooperation in this regard

    Regards,
    Shailesh

  9. padma says

    Thanks for visiting my blog.

  10. V T says

Right said, ES. Our way of looking at these issues is fundamentally different and honestly, I find it extremely difficult to relate some of your thoughts on such issues. So I keep voicing my disagreement whenever appropriate.

Having said that, I honestly believe that disagreements (with reasons) is a good thing in blogspace. I am not too high on philosophy, spirituality and stuff. But I know one simple thing- disagreements are good as long as they are not personal in nature. It is the personal comments that hurt and create bad blood.

So, difference of opinion to hoga, aur hai bhi. Lekin koi personal/snide remark nahi hoga… iss baat ki guarantee hai VT ji ki.

Keep up the good work. Your passion impresses me no end.

Thanks for sharing about ur daughter .
Nothing more rewarding than being proud of one’s children.

The moment my daughter started going to school , i lost my identity and very happily…

I became known as …..’s mother. Still continue to be so.

  22. Cju C says

Congrats for being on the homepage:)

  23. sheila das says

    Nothing really.

3rd time i hear u saying about dad. Ur dad must be feeling pretty good having a son like u. Listening even to his loud thoughts.

I am also very close with my daughter. At 14 ½, she is the next generation. And it s almost always by chance I know how much of positive influence I have on her. . . when suddenly out of the blue she repeats something I ve said long time ago.

The one occasion I was moved to tears & also shocked beyond words was when she suddenly said : “ mother, what u said was right . I was wrong. I am sorry”. I ve never heard this from anyone else.

It took me sometime to realize that it was her mother that she had heard say this.

One thing I always do is to find something about what she did, to tell her , ”u ve been so good . Thank u so much”.

I never knew what impact it was creating on her, until one day she told me, ”mother, today u didn’t say how good I am”. The best positive feed back I ve got in my entire life

    Dear Fg,

Thanks for everything that u wrote on the Gb and the comment board.

Of course the outer world can be transformed only thru an inner transformation. It is something that i am experiencing every day

About Tapa, tapasya, tapascharya , renunciation , satyagraha…..do write about it .

Write it in strong terms … so that no one can say “NO”. There are the Upanishads , the Gita … & a whole lot of other works u ve said that u ve read, to be cited and quoted for the writing to be made forceful and beautiful .

    Looking forward to .

    Sheila
