Don’t travel by British Airways as they are cheater - as they give the misinformation on their web site / on telephone. We were cheated to enter the deal - by pomised free luugage allowance, including + Transfer voucher for London Heathrow to London Gateweek for a Student proceeding from Mumbai to Houston.
We are reproducing from the web page (as appearing in July / August 2006 – immediately prior to departure
Hand baggage rules as shown applicable as per this website:
Hand baggage allowances are changing from 5 July 2006
All passengers will be able to carry one standard-sized bag and one briefcase, laptop computer bags or equivalent on all flights.
The maximum size of the bag, 56cm x 45cm x 25cm (22in x 18in x 10in) has been set in line with the UK Department for Transport recommendations. Passengers must be able to to lift their bag unaided into the aircraft overhead locker.
But hte student was not allowed his Cabin Baggage and was compelled to pay Exccess Luggage fare

Do a river remember all the drop of the water flows through it?
Does a tree remember all the leaves that fall?
Can a mountain remember all the stones fallen from its top?
Can the sun remember all the rays gone out of him?
Can you my dear friend remember me from out of your many friends? Joy

    “Take A Chance.”
Ever felt embarrassed after someone rebuffed your invitation to go for coffee? Ever felt hurt when you opened yourself up to another person and they didn’t react the way that you had hoped? Ever felt scared for any number of reasons?
Congratulations! You’re alive. And growing, too! If we never take a chance, if we never stretch ourselves, there are two things that we can be sure of. One is that we will never feel hurt or embarrassed or scared. The other is that we will stagnate. Safe in our comfort zone, we will find in time that that comfort zone has become a prison. We have dealt ourselves a life sentence of “safety.” Yet safety equals stagnation.
Be embarrassed! Be Hurt! Be frightened! The rewards of growth and change are permanently rewarding. Slowly, through taking chances on people and situations, we mold ourselves in to the person we want to be. We grow. We learn. We change for the better. The end result out weights the temporary pain encountered on the journey.
Take a chance on life today!

  29. Ajeey Kumar says

    “Trust Your Intuitions”

When you’re faced with a decision, your instinct and intuition are just as important as experience. Trusting your intuition allows you to recognize and seize opportunities more quickly than those who waste time and momentum examining every angel. Your intuition also keeps decisions from becoming overwhelming.
Think of a situation when you ignored your “gut feeling.” It may have been when you hired someone, dealings with client or even trusting a friend. Whatever it may be, you probably learned a valuable lesson about intuition at one time or another.
Remember, with every opportunity there is a right moment to take action toward a certain purpose. Trust your intuition and be ready to capture the moment. You won’t be let down.

Have A Blessed & Wonderful Day!
    Adoring you,
    Ajeey Kumar (ajeeykumar@rediffmail.com)
