You also lead us towards Freedom
Freedom from Hatred

from Illwill from Vengeance
And You fill our hearts with Love Compassion & Amity .
My Lord . My life goes on &
I walk on the path you have shown
I seek pardon from all whom I have hurt
Knowingly or unknowingly . &

Thus I sit quietly . I close my eyes . I observe my breath in coming & out going I attempt to see the happening inside & outside as it is As it is I feel the calmness within to a great extent
Oh My Lord . And yet
The only thing I still attain inadequately - You know naa? Equanimity Equanimity . Equanimity :O))) :O)))
But I smile and again move ahead move ahead on the path
