This sounds good but, do we have so much time in our daily routine for eating so many times. How you will mange all these things inthe whole day and everyday. It seems that you are living for eating only.
I am maintaining my diets in the same way u told but without fruits in lunch becuz i m in office and milk in night.
Hey valuable post. thanks!!
Day after Day? No way for me. I am in my 40′’s and there is only one way to keep it off, exercise. Exercise will boost your metabolism, keep calcium in your bones (important for women), and it keeps you mentally
healthy as well. But good advice still for those who tend to eat poorly.
Thanks for the valuable tip.
Thats really a valuable posting dear.

This MAY be a low calories Diat, but with 80% of simillar diat and excersise for last 4 yrs my weight is not ready to come down from 60 kg( my height is 5”4””,age 40 yrs.)
This is for any and everyone…. or just special cases? NOT for growing kids I hope!
