The Auto-Quartz or Kinetic Movement A more recent evolution of the automatic watch uses a self-winding mechanism to charge a battery or capacitor which in turn powers a quartz movement. This automatic quartz arrangement provides the accuracy of quartz without the need to replace the battery or capacitor until it reaches the end of its life, which may be decades.
The movement of this Seiko watch is made in Japan. This watch has Stainless Steel Case and Band with Three Fold Clasp with Push Button Release, Sapphire Crystal. The kinetic power of this watch delivers quartz accuracy with no battery change. The water resistant of this watch is 100m. When the watch is fully charged, the watch will keep operating for approximately 5 months, Chronograph up to 45 minutes in 1/5 second increments. The stopwatch can measure up to 45 minutes in 1/5 second increments. The measured time is indicated by two stopwatch hands that move independently of the hands for time indication. After 48 minutes, the stopwatch will stop automatically.

JN0004-51E is another wonderful Promaster watch from Citizen. This watch is a Navi Hawk Blue impulse men’s watch. It displays the time and date for 30 major cities around the world. The main analog displays any world time desired with just the touch of a button. A world’s first function - A one-touch process moves the watch hands to the 12 o’clock position and back to the correct time when the watch hands conceal the digital display. Plus, there is a digital display of instructions explaining the watch’s functions, another impressive feature.
JN0004-51E is a new Japan made Chronograph Pilot watch. The dial is black. There is analog & digital display. 
The calendar features of this watch displays Year, Month, Date & Day of the week. This watch has a black & red bezel for distance calculations. This combination watch can display the time in 30 cities of the world with a simple operation. In addition to the time displayed in the analog section, the times in 30 cities can be displayed in sequence in the digital section. The time displayed in analog and digital can be easily switched. The calendar in 30 cities of the world can easily be displayed. The watch has three alarms, each with a different tone. Each alarm can be set for the time in any of the 30 cities. The time can be measured up to 23 hours, 59 minutes, 59secconds and 99 hundreds of a second, displayed in increments as small as one-hundredth of a second (1/100sec) for Chronograph mode. The countdown timer can be set from 1 to 60 minutes in increments of 1 min.
The time display can be programmed so that only the desired cities are displayed. Using the zone setting function allows you to display the desired time and calendar for a city more efficiently. Seiko has re-engineered the Sportura collection. Familiar elements like black dials, anti-reflective sapphire crystals and red and orange accents remain, but the designs have been refined. The collection includes 9 new creations using quartz and Kinetic calibers.
Seiko Sportura includes the following functions: chronographs of all kinds and sorts, a tachymeter, an alarm, power reserve, and a set of inner functions such as the overcharge preventer. Additionally, the watches were cast of stainless steel with an added durability factor (high-graded), and equipped with an anti-glare sapphire crystals.
Seiko Sportura watches come in trademark quartz and kinetic movements. Seiko kinetic movement propels the hands and the various functions by converting energy from the wearer’s bodily movements. An additional elaboration on the kinetic movement includes a self-regulating mechanism that stops the hands when the watch is left unused for a long period of time, but keeps track of time inside the caliber. When moved again, the watch automatically resets itself to the current time, and continues to run as if nothing happened! 
The SLQ023J Limited Edition Sportura Kinetic Chronograph is the ultimate in sports timing. The iconic 4 dial layout of the Kinetic Chronograph 9T caliber is retained, but the construction of the crystal above the dials is new and unique. Beneath the main domed sapphire crystal, each sub-dial has its own and entirely separate crystal in a design that was inspired by the headlight clusters now found on the world’s leading sports cars.

The case is carved from high-grade stainless steel with a black ion-plated ring between the case and glass. The dial surround, like the inset bracelet links, is made of the same carbon fiber as is used in the Honda F1 racing chassis, and the motor sport theme is completed by the see-through sapphire case back which reveals the remarkable Kinetic “engine” that drives the 7-hand movement.
The Caliber of this watch is unique in form and function. Its dial layout is unlike all other chronographs in that the 5 separate dials each convey separate information, with no overlapping hands obscuring the stopwatch function. It uses the unique SEIKO kinetic movement, with instant reset mechanism for high-performance time-keeping. When the watch is fully charged, the watch will keep operating for approximately 1 month. This watch has an energy depletion forewarning function. When the second hand starts moving at two-second intervals instead of the normal one second intervals, the watch will run down in approximately 12 hours.
The stopwatch of this watch can measure up to 12 hours, 6 minutes and 12.2 seconds in 1/10 second increments. The measured time is indicated by small stopwatch hands that move independently of the hands for time indication. This watch also has an energy depletion forewarning function. The watch remains accurate even while the second hand is moving at two-second intervals. If the stopwatch continues to be used after the second hand starts moving at two-second intervals, the movement of the stopwatch hands may become unstable immediately before the watch stops completely.
