BPL & LOOP Service

Day b 4 yesterday BPL became Loop

I thought it was harmless change

But yesterday my sms sending started failing

I have a pre paid.And my account has been thre for last 10 years

i am trying to figure out .Is it a software problem

is it someething to do with my handset( I am recieving sms)

or is it a purposeful failure on part of BPL/Loop

i have repored the matter ,they said that it will start after 2 hours but even after 15 hours its not working
