WHAT U’VE GOT BETWEEN UR LEGS?

Was readin an article in Newsweek written by Debra Rosenberg. Titled (Rethinking) Gender, it appears in the May 28 2007 issue. I was initially shocked wen i read it. Its about sex change n everythin that comes wiz it.

This joke came to my mind:
A boy meets a gals in a pub. They have a couple of beer n head for the gal’s house. They have sex all night. The next mornin wen the guy wakes up, he finds the pict of a man on the dinin table. He inquires.
The ‘girl’ answers: “Thats my pict before the sex-reassignment n breast implant surgery”.

Hello guys, what if this happens to u tmorow? How would u know if she is a she or he. Or if she was a he?

Alcohol and the Pen

Yesterday i spent the afternoon at Mon choisy. my cousins were there since the mornin n i joined them there after their ring. The weather was ok, pa extra. The water was cold. The atmosphere was lukewarm. But i enjoyed myself, especially durin this exam period. INN BIEN BOIRE.

I ve noted one thing: on the eve or couple of days before exam, i ve had alcohol. N the day of the exam, i gave a well-above-average performance in my opinion.I ll post my results on the blog, u ll see for urself. What’s the chemistry between alcohol n the pen?

Except for today’s paper(Principles of Journalism). I didn’t like it. I don’t no why i didn’t want to write. But i managed to convince myself to write coz i didn’t want to have a resit. I ve got one last paper on saturday : Economics. Maybe i ll need a drink on friday.

By the way, after the session with Weekend journalists last week, many classmates were shaken up. Just like a tightly closed litre of cola. They are eager to let go the cap. In my case its slightly different. Journalism is what i wanted to do since my teens. I was even interviewed by Kiran Ramsahye for the post of trainee journalist at News on Sunday around 2003/04. Didn’t get the job :-|
I’ll be comin shortly wiz an article on my passion for the work of journalist, why it quelled n who revived it. Watch out.

Gotta go, babye.

The ‘tiger of the Indian ocean’ loses one of his son at sea.

Due to lack of communication, one man lost his life at Mahebourg on Saturday 120507. He went fishin wiz some friends. Mammoth waves turned upside down their boat n M. Babooa lost his life, leavin his wife with a new born n a child.

Who is responsible for that?

The Police, the Cyclone and Other Disasters Committee (CODC) or the Met services? The latter say that the not-up-to-date equipment they have at Vacoas is under repair, meaning that they didnt have any device to detect those tides.
The Police say that they were not informed about this by the Meteorological services.
The president of the CODC was ’surpris d’apprendre, par la radio’ that Mauritius was hit by tidal waves. Only then the CODC had a meetin n ‘emergency measures’ were finalised.

No Gentlemen, it not your fault at all. Its rather our bad luck that we ve got incompetent people at these posts. You are not to be blamed, it s our fault that we r born in Mauritius not in Reunion Island. The latter was informed by Meteo France.

Shame on us, shame on our services.

Day: Saturday 24th Feb 07

A cyclone warnin class 3 is in force in Mu, A cyclone warnin class 3 is in force in Mu. The public is strongly advised to take all precautions n not to venture outdoors…

I opened my eyes: it was already 11 am. I glanced at Samantha( that s the name of my mobile phone): one unread msg. In fact it is the msg alert bip that woke me.

-'kot to ete? Vine enn fois, ena program la' read the msg.

Yest2 night ban kamouads dan lari n me drank till late, celebratin Gamede a notre façon.

'Lekor reyé net, pou kapav boir mem la?'

My Samantha rang.

-'Vine enn fois, gajack p frai' said the voice.
I jumped out of bed n in less than 30 mins I was wiz them. Gamat koumensé.

15h30
The liquor bottle oops sorry, bottles were empty. One pal was searchin for the invisible hole that leaked our last bottle.

Poste Lafayette (lafaya) is only 20 mins from our place. On that day it took us around 35 mins because of the rain, strong gusts n the ALCOHOL in our blood.
It was rainin cats n dogs. The wind said ' MOI KI LA'. The sea was roarin. The rain drops stung, emporté par le vent. Bref Dame Nature was at work.

Poste Lafayette has always attracted many persons n it was kindda 'hurricane party' out here. Accordin to Suresh Boodhoo, #2 at Mu Met Services, in U.S many persons gather up to observe hurricanes n that s from where originated 'hurricane parties.'
Around hundred persons were on the beaches n the cop jeeps that passed by didn't bother to stop. Maybe the cops, themselves, ti p rinse zot lizié at that time.
Because the sea was really beautiful at that time. The waves rose n dropped, orchestrated by the wind. The sight vaut le deplacement.

18h00
Back home.
The only inconvenience that I had to face was that my motorcycle, for some unknown reasons, refused to start when we decided to get home. So I had to drag her back home gamat fini.

<>
<>, conclut Seth.

A Réduit

Bond, James bond

Casin0

Saturday last I went to see this flick at Star3 Caudan. The Martin Campbell film started with less than 50 persons in the house. I was wrong wen I thought that I must b at least 30 mins before the scheduled time to secure a ticket.
I like the film and I give it a **7 stars rating. Daniel Craig is perfect in the MI6 agent role. Albeit the small role that Eva Green has, she is magnificent. Le Chiffre with his blood larmoyant eye is good.
One friend of mine told me that this movie sticks to its scenario and does nt show off. I explain: money is spent intelligently on the famous James Bond gadgets except for the Aston Martin that is crashed in the film. Aster mo konpran y Navin fell for that wow car. But Sir, I must highlight one thing: wen the car crashes, i can t see the air bags opening. Those who have seen the film would agree.
The producers have wisely spent their money on beautiful outdoor locations namely Madagascar, The Bahamas etc. And see the final product, edge-of-the-seat action, beautifully written screenplay n gripping dialogues [( sa me grate un peu vous voulez bien) for those who have seen the film], a handsome Bond and a delicious Eva Green.
Of course there r some flaws and after seein the film for the third time, I ve been able to unveil some. The stunts that r done by the Bond double are beautifully executed for e.g the crane sequence in Madagascar. But in some scenes we can see the face of the stuntman. The stuntman s face is not well camouflaged.
Secondly I personally think that some spicy sexy scenes are lackin in the flick. Those who r expectin hot scenes vont rester sur leur faim.
